  • Zero-Touch Absentee Marking: When the gate closes and morning assembly concludes, anyone on the active class roster with zero punches is automatically tagged as Absent.

The Cardinal Rule: Marked by Hand Always Wins A machine must never overrule human judgment. If the school office logged approved medical leave for a teacher who briefly walked past the scanner to drop off keys, Smart School ERP preserves the human-sanctioned leave.
