About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources function. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, HR compliance, and organizational culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee performance management systems and provide guidance to managers on goal setting, evaluations, and career development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees and managers.
  • Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems (if applicable).
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Mentor and manage junior HR staff (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is an advantage.
