Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Developer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and events.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and product) to ensure delivery alignment with client expectations.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts that benefit both the client and the company.
- Track and report KPIs and performance metrics regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of current tech trends (AI, cloud computing, app development, etc.).
- Experience in B2B or enterprise software sales.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition.
