Staff AI Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and ship production AI systems with measurable success metrics.
- Define evaluation suites and observability for every AI system we ship.
- Mentor engineers on prompt engineering, retrieval, and guardrails.
- Partner with customers on high-stakes AI deployments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering, with 2+ years on production AI systems.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and evaluation.
- Experience instrumenting and monitoring AI in production.
- Strong Python and / or TypeScript.
