Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for product areas: research, IA, interaction, visual.
- Maintain and evolve our design system.
- Run user research and usability sessions.
- Partner with engineers from sketch to ship.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing complex SaaS or enterprise products.
- Strong portfolio showing problem framing, IA and visual craft.
- Fluent in Figma; comfortable with prototyping.
- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions.
